Alumni of the program are encouraged to continue leveraging the tools, skills, and knowledge that they learned during the 4-week program to bring transformation to their communities and cascade the training to other youth in their countries. They are also encouraged to Pay-it-Forward through the 3P’s (Philanthropy, Perpetuate and Participate). This approach will ensure that every young man and woman in East and Central Africa would have the opportunity to be empowered to take steps to improve quality of life in their homes, communities, and countries.
