Andika Solutions is a multi-service company that aims to promote entrepreneurship and create job opportunities in Africa, particularly in Burundi. The organization has registered a digital magazine to showcase the success stories of young entrepreneurs, social entrepreneurs, artists, and fashion designers in Burundi and across Africa. They provide translation services, digital communication, and marketing, and have already translated official documents for more than 50 students. They have featured over 100 people and forged great partnerships with various local and foreign companies such as First Lady for the Development OPDD Burundi, the project PRODECI Turikumwe, the Northeastern Illinois University-NEIU of Chicago USA among others. This has resulted to the creation 5 full-time jobs, 3 part-time jobs, and 12 marketing agents. The organization has also offered academic and professional internships and conducted training in digital communication marketing for more than 30 ladies who own small businesses and English and culinary art for 30 students during holidays.
