Olive initiated an initiative of an alumni show where she is visiting Rwandan alumni and records their impact stories and shares them on a YouTube channel called the Impact Story with over 4,000 subscribers and significant following on other social media platforms. Through the platform, the world gets to know what YALI RLC EA alumni are doing and deliberately recognizes their achievements.  The Alumni Show initiative has also enabled the YALI RLCEA Rwanda Chapter to learn more about the impact alumni are making in the community. It has also inspired and motivated young people to join YALI and to positively impact their communities. Through these different episodes, the world and the entire community of alumni can learn and share their experiences, successes, and challenges.
